I cannot recommend David and Search Mortgage Solutions enough! As a first time buyer, I was quite overwhelmed by the whole process and had got myself into quite a panic. I found Search Mortgage Solutions online and it was the best thing I could have done! He reassured me and my boyfriend, who were unsure whether we would be eligible for a mortgage, and in fact found us a fantastic deal – much better than anything I’ve seen from the big name banks. He also came out to visit us at home, which really helped when I was unable to get time off work. David handled everything and was brilliant at keeping us up to date with the progress of our mortgage application. He was always easy to contact and happy to answer the multitude of questions that I had (I’m a bit of a worrier)! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a reliable and friendly mortgage broker who will make the whole mortgage process as stress-free as possible as well as finding you a great deal!
