We were under quite a bit of pressure during our last property purchase, having to complete within some very tight timelines, so getting the right mortgage pushed through on time was critical.
Once David had identified a suitable mortgage product he really pulled out the stops to get all of the paperwork completed and signed off in plenty of time for our completion.
Throughout the whole process David would always meet us at a time and place to suit us (sometimes even as late at 10pm!). He also regularly provided us, and the estate agents, with status updates which did wonders to calm the nerves!
