Being a first time buyer is tough enough without the added pressure of changing rules and regulations this year. Having saved long and hard the most terrifying part of buying was the worry attached to applying for a mortgage: will we be accepted; how much will they loan us? etc. Meeting with David has been very easy as he explains everything so clearly and is always available for my (many) questions.
